West End of the Hartford Historic District

For this renovation, we transformed a beautiful 120-year-old home in the West End of the Hartford Historic District. What was once a separate kitchen and large pantry is now one spacious, functional kitchen. All electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems were updated or upgraded to modern standards, ensuring long-term comfort and reliability.

Old homes always come with unique challenges, but our team is highly skilled at navigating them. As part of the project, we relocated the exterior door, replaced a couple of windows, installed a large island, and laid new tile flooring.
