Apartment Building Lobby and Hallways Remodel

In this apartment building lobby overhall, we were tasked with smoothing out the walls and ceilings, removing a glass partition wall by front door, removing the center wall in the lobby and replacing it with columns, removing the existing ceiling and installing a new suspended ceiling, removing the existing chair rail and base trim, and installing new crown molding, and removing the existsing flooring and replacing it with new flooring.In the hallways we removed the existing flooring and replaced it with a modern new application. We installed new LED rope lights on both sides of the hallways, installed new trim, and painted the hallways including the trim and exterior of doors
