Apartment Turnover

This project was a full apartment renovation. We opened the wall between the living room and kitchen with a window. The kitchen was totally remodeled, complete with new cabinetry, granite countertops, a stainless steel appliance package, and tile floor. We retiled the bathroom floor and tub surround, replaced the tub, vanity, toilet, and lighting, as well as repairing the walls. Our team sanded and refinished the hardwood flooring throughout, upgraded the electrical system, and installed new built in AC’s. The entire apartment received a brand new paint job, new trim, and new windows and doors.This project was completed in 3 weeks, and we were given complete decision making authority for 100% of the project by the out of state owner, down to choosing all finishes and materials,
