The project involved multiple levels of carpentry and detailed coordination. We were able to keep and repurpose the majority of the existing cabinets, integrating them seamlessly into a redesigned layout. By removing an office on the first floor, we opened up the space between the kitchen and the adjacent living room, creating a much more natural flow. The islands were repositioned to create better function, movement, and workspace throughout the kitchen.

We added a new flush-mounted hood vent, installed refrigerator drawers, relocated plumbing and electrical, and removed load-bearing walls to support the new layout. Custom cabinetry was built to perfectly match the existing cabinets, and the entire kitchen, including all cabinetry, was painted for one cohesive, elevated finish.

To complete the transformation, we removed the old bulky trim and replaced it with a sleek modern profile, upgraded the electrical system and lighting package, and installed beautiful chandeliers and accent lighting throughout. Our team also fabricated custom shelves in-house, adding them to key areas of the new layout, including a custom coffee bar with integrated under-shelf lighting.

We rebuilt and painted the screen leading to the exterior, installed new exterior doors, and brought the entire space together with precision and attention to detail.
