For this project we were hired to completely transform the first floor of a home in Berlin, CT. We converted the exiting 3 season sunroom to a 4 season extension to their existing kitchen. We installed our Living Space Sunroom wall, added insulation and opened up the exterior wall of the house. We then also reconfigured a load bearing wall separating the kitchen and living room to give the kitchen more space. We installed a state of the art kitchen complete with high end trim finishes, quarts counter top, and beautiful appliances. We installed new bamboo floors throughout. We had a built in tv cabinet built and then we re built the main staircase. We replaced all the doors and trim. Painted the first floor. We also combined two closets and the existing master bath to create our client’s dream master bath. The bath was finished with a large walk in shower, glass doors, large vanity and upgraded lighting.
