“This project started out as a decking resurfacing job for an assisted living facility in Hartford, CT.  The original deck was built in 2010 and a lot of corners were taken.  As a result of rotted wood we found after decking was removed, we had no choice but to replace the entire 1500 sf of framing.  We then added zip tape flashing to add additional protection and longevity to the deck.  Finally, all new Trex decking and railing were installed.  Complete with lighted post caps. We absolutely love this deck!”
