Full house remodel – kitchen and bathrooms

We remodeled multiple bathrooms and the kitchen in this 4000+ square foot house built in the 1940s. We had to demo the kitchen and bathrooms, bringing the rooms down to the studs. The kitchen received new custom cabinets, new appliances, new granite countertops including an island, a custom designed and built corner banquette, tiled backsplash, paint, and custom trimwork.

The bathrooms all received new tiled floors – heated!, new vanities, new tubs and/or showers, glass shower doors, paint, and accessories.We even had to dismantle custom woodwork in the basement (reclaimed wood) in order to access plumbing and mechanicals for the job, and then re-install it as it originally had existed. We faced multiple challenges in this job, due to the age of the house and many interesting methods that had been used to install the systems, originally. It is now up to code and a modern, sleek, and welcoming space
