House for Investor to Flip

Here is a complete home renovation we completed for our sister company FlipSide3 Investments, with all new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, paint, and windows. We removed all of the outdated finishes from this house, and replaced them.

The kitchen got brand new sparkling white cabinets, beautiful granite countertops, ceramic tile floors, modern lighting fixures, and stainless steel appliances. We added a peninsula, which increases the usable workspace in this kitchen, makes it more efficient for cooking, and also adds seating space. With new energy efficient windows and a soft gray paint job, this is now a neutral and pleasing room.

The two bathrooms got new bathtubs, floor tiles, and tile sub surrounds. New vanities and fixtures complete the transformation. See the accent tiles around the tub surround and the niche for personal items in the shower.
