Construction Efficiency Appartments

In this commercial project, we were contracted to convert lower level storage space into 25 efficiency apartments. With over 20 studios built, this was a huge project! We dug deep into the foundation for new plumbing, built out the studios with new bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces. Windows and doors were added where there had been none. We were the sole builder on this project.
