New Construction Leasing Office

We built 1000 sf leasing office from the foundation up in Willantic, CT.  The interior received LVT flooring, large full glazed walls and opening, many large doors, new heat split AC/heat system, new ADA bathroom, and a small kitchen.  The outside is a combination of vinyl siding, vinyl trim, and pvc elements to give the look of the building a contemporary look.
