Sub Grade Basement Walk Outs

In this phase of our large commercial project, we were asked to create walk outs for some of the new lower level efficiency apartments we built. This extremely complicated job meant digging by hand, due to the locations of the needed walk outs. Our crew worked tirelessely to properly prepare the areas for concrete reinforcement and new doors to be cut into the existing walls. Stairs, drains, and railings completed the walk outs.

This is the type of project not many contractors would have undertaken – but here at GN construction we have the know-how and the drive to get it done!
