West Hartford, porch floor and patio

A few years back we built a second floor patio and added a master bedroom closet on top of this old porch in West Hartford (always nice to be invited back).  This year we ripped up the original stone floor inside the porch and installed a heated porcelain tile floor.  The process involved sanding down the floor and then leveling it so it can be properly prepped for the tile.  The heated floor was provided by Schluter and will be controlled by a smart thermostat. We also tapped our trusted sub, Cleber, and had a stone patio built, complete with lighting.  While at the property we repaired rotted wood and installed new base trim
