This project involved a duplex (side by side unit house) in Wethersfield, CT.  We were hired to completely renovate both units for our out of State investor.  We opened up the first floor of each unit by opening up one load bearing wall.  This enabled the first floor to become one large great room.  We reconfigured each kitchen and installed new shaker style wood kitchen cabinets and granite countertops, along with a tiled backsplash.  Both the full bathroom and half bathrooms were renovated with new tile and fixtures.  The basement received a facelift of new paint and floors.  We installed in LVT style flooring in the common areas and bedrooms of each unit.  We installed a carpet runner on each staircase.  The outside was power washed and new shutters were installed.
